HEXAI Platform

HEXAI provides AI-powered IELTS preparation services including:

• Personalized AI tutoring and feedback
• Speaking practice with voice analysis
• Writing assessment and improvement suggestions
• Mock tests and band score predictions
• Study plans and progress tracking
• Visa application support and guidance

Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person - sharing is prohibited
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

Acceptable Use

• Use services only for legitimate IELTS preparation
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Do not attempt to hack or disrupt our systems
• Follow community guidelines in forums and groups

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All prices are clearly displayed and include applicable taxes.

Payment and Billing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

HEXAI Content

All content, including AI models, study materials, and software, is owned by HEXAI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (practice responses, writing samples). By using our service, you grant us a license to use this content to improve our AI and provide services.

Permitted Use

• Personal, non-commercial use only
• No redistribution or resale of content
• No reverse engineering of AI technology
• Respect third-party intellectual property

Service Disclaimers

• HEXAI is a preparation tool, not a guarantee of IELTS success
• AI predictions are estimates based on available data
• Individual results may vary based on effort and circumstances
• We do not guarantee visa approval or immigration success

Limitation of Liability

HEXAI's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account settings. Data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

Termination by HEXAI

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including:

• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Violation of acceptable use policies
• Sharing account credentials
• Attempting to circumvent security measures
